I don’t want to get sued if someone twists an ankle which happens in sports.

You are making a common mistake. Nothing can prevent you from getting sued. Most release forms become nothing but an exhibit in a motion before a judge because it does not meet legal standards. 1. buy insurance and / or 2 consult an attorney.
