There’s no way to tell. the first problem is the use of “happened” – what does that mean? Cases in which people were hurt? Cases that resulted in demands? Cases that resulted in actual lawsuits being filed?
The easiest, indeed, probably the only statistic, you could find would be the number of lawsuits. You’d have to go state by state to see if the court systems track them by category… then get federal statistics, and do the math.
Insurance industry organizations may have done some of the research.
