Chiropractors notes/docs come from the medical facility and either way, lawyers don’t wholeheartedly take those into account. Chiropractors aren’t legitimate doctors, don’t’ have medical license, didn’t’ go to a higher learning institute,, and therefore are merely glorified masseur’s.
A legal file can be arranged according to the standard established in the firm or office you work in. If you have a Request to Produce these docs, then send them and have someone else sort them out. If you are compiling the, be organized, tab each doctors, and record sort, like preexisting injuries, records from whatever doctors, etc.
Then you should prepare a Medical Summary, basically chronologically explaining the dates, times, where treated, diagnosis, doctors notes, medication given, in a form of time line, so that you can refer to that, instead of flipping thru hundreds of documents. This should be done each time you receive medical records.
